Factions Quest Guide- STICKY - Guild Wars Forums

It seems like search and going through pages of forums for specific quests is impossible. So I am going to start and ask my first quest question here,

The +15 atrribute quest where you have to clear the valley. Where is the insert point?- dosn't seem like its in the mission itself. T.T

BTW assassin the ownage for cloth wearers in pvp- been pvping for 4 striaght hours.
